BounceBackology is a mentoring/counseling out-the-box program that includes interactive sessions, speaking, and incentives. Additionally, we provide apparel and accessories as a constant reminder to clients and customers that they are able to bounce back from anything they face and no matter what they have experienced, they are still possible. The BounceBackology Store is also an incentive for the youth when they attend sessions as they earn "fun bucks" to spend in addition to receiving other perks and donated gifts for the BounceBack Program.

It is my purpose and mission to show others how to bounce back from life's lowest points and ensure we provide services that will encourage, empower, educate, support, and help every individual that participates in the program so they are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to overcome every obstacle and succeed in every area of life.

Lady J's unique approach of using an out-of-the-box "Bounce Back" counseling and mentoring model to help youth and adults address trauma, hardships, and more and completely overcome the effects is a tool that can be adjusted to fit any emotional, mental or social issue. This program is designed to empower, encourage and educate young men and women, adolescents, and families to strengthen life skills as well as family and social relationships in order to minimize underlying factors and barriers that cause division and destroy the mental, emotional and social welfare of our children, families, and communities. This includes all aspects of life, even business! This is accomplished by using the Bounce Back program curriculum along with sharing real, raw, and relatable experiences, in addition to live interactive demonstrations and activities associated with each session topic.

Lady J has been contracted to speak and conduct BounceBack sessions (formerly known as Life Support Sessions) with Job Corps, C.A.F.E., Arlington High School Basketball Team, and more, in addition to serving the youth at the Marion County J.D.O.C. and other behavioral and transitional programs. She has served hundreds of young people and their families and has partnered with many different youth and family organizations in the Midwest. She serves all of the United States.

Even if you don't sign up for a session, you can still book the BounceBackologist, Lady J, to speak at your event, school, or program concerning overcoming obstacles to be successful in life and business or to share her story and give tips.
