Welcome to BounceBackology LLC. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. GENERAL STORE POLICY

All items displayed in the BounceBackology Store are available for purchase unless:

• Marked out of stock

• Delivery is unavailable in your area

• The item has been discontinued

We partner with wholesale print-on-demand providers, and shipping carriers may vary depending on the production partner.

2. PRICING, TAXES & FEES

• All prices are listed in USD

• All purchases are subject to:

  • Applicable sales taxes

  • Shipping and delivery fees

• These charges will be calculated and included in your total at checkout (unless otherwise stated)

3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY (GENERAL ITEMS)

• Orders are processed and fulfilled through third-party production and shipping partners

• Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Product type

  • Production partner

  • Shipping destination

4. REFUND & RETURN POLICY (GENERAL STORE)

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued unless:

• The order is never received due to fault of BounceBackology LLC

If your order is not received due to carrier issues, you must:

1. Contact BounceBackology immediately

2. Contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve the issue

BounceBackology is not responsible for:

• Carrier delays

• Lost or stolen packages once shipped

• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

5. SPECIAL / LIMITED EDITION PRODUCTS (INCLUDING SNEAKERS)

A. All Sales Final

All Special Edition items are custom-made to order.
No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are permitted.

B. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 24–72 hours

• During processing, we calculate:

  • Shipping location

  • Order quantity

  • Total weight

C. Shipping Invoice Requirement

• A separate shipping & delivery invoice will be sent after order processing

• This invoice must be paid in full before production begins

D. Production Timeline

• Production begins only after shipping invoice payment is received

• Estimated production time: 7–10 business days

E. Shipping & Delivery Timeline

• Estimated delivery: 5–15 business days (after shipping)

• Total estimated timeframe: 12–25 business days

F. Important Conditions

• Orders will NOT ship until:

  • Production is complete

  • Shipping invoice is paid in full

• BounceBackology is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect order details submitted by the customer

  • Carrier delivery issues

• Customers will receive tracking information once shipped

6. DONATION COMMITMENT

At BounceBackology, purpose is built into every purchase.

5% of all sales—including general store items and special edition products—are donated to:

Resilience On Repeat Inc., a nonprofit serving homeless and underserved families.

7. ORDER ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details are correct, including:

• Size

• Quantity

• Shipping address

• Contact information

Errors may result in delays or non-delivery.
